Support Feature Request - Search Tickets

I believe in the past the ability to search old support tickets was available. I am requesting that this functionality be added back in.

I have been a client for many years and have many pages of resolved tickets with a lot of good support advice in them. Often I remember a situation that would apply to a current issue and would like to be able to reference an old ticket, but can not find reference by the subject line alone.

I use email search as a workaround for this since support tickets notifications are also sent via email.

We've got some new stuff coming down the pipe for the client support area. I'll see if this is feasible.
